Applicants submit the following documents to the admissions committee:

1) identity document;

2) an application addressed to the head of the educational institution in the form established by the Ministry of Education (the application is submitted to the admissions committee) ;

3) original document on education;

4) a medical certificate of health in the form established by the Ministry of Health;

5) documents confirming the applicant’s right to benefits when enrolling for secondary specialized education (if available; benefits are listed in the Rules for admission persons for secondary specialized education ) ;

6) the conclusion of a medical consultation or medical rehabilitation expert commission on the absence of medical contraindications to training in the specialty being acquired and the qualifications assigned – for persons with visual impairments, hearing impairments, musculoskeletal impairments, disabled children under the age of 18, disabled people of group I, II or III;

7) conclusion of the state center for correctional and developmental training and rehabilitation or a certificate of mastery of the content of the educational program of special education at the level of general secondary education – for persons with special needs of psychophysical development;

8) an agreement on targeted training of a specialist (worker) with secondary specialized education in triplicate, signed by the applicant and the customer – for persons participating in the competition to obtain secondary specialized education on the terms of targeted training;

9) six photographs measuring 3 x 4 cm;

10) 1 envelope with a stamp in Belarus and a return address.

D documents are submitted to the admissions committee by applicants or their representatives:

1) in the case of submission of documents by a applicant , the identification document is presented to him personally;

2) in the case of submitting documents on behalf of the applicant, his legal representative presents documents proving the identity and status of the legal representative, and a copy of the applicant’s identity document;

3) in the case of submission of documents on behalf of the applicant by his representative , acting on the basis of a power of attorney, an identification document of the representative, a copy of the identification document of the applicant, and a power of attorney certified by a notary or an authorized official are presented.

When submitting documents to the admissions committee, an agreement is concluded with applicants on the training of a specialist (worker) with secondary specialized education at the expense of the budget, or an agreement on the training of a specialist (worker) with secondary specialized education on a paid basis.

When concluding an agreement with applicants under the age of 18, the written consent of one of his legal representatives is required.

The presence of one of the applicant's legal representatives when drawing up a training contract with minor applicants is MANDATORY!

The applicant and one of his legal representatives must have an identification document with them!

Applicants submit the following documents to the admissions committee:

1) ID document ;

2) application addressed to the head of the educational institution in the prescribed form ( application is submitted to the admissions committee );

3) original document of education ( for graduates of vocational schools, vocational training courses as an additional supplement to the diploma);

4) medical certificate on health status in the form established by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus;

5) conclusion of a medical consultation or medical rehabilitation expert commission on the absence of medical contraindications to training in the specialty being acquired and the qualifications assigned – for persons with visual impairments, hearing impairments, functions of the musculoskeletal system, disabled children under the age of 18, disabled people of groups I, II or III ;

6) conclusion of the state center for correctional and developmental training and rehabilitation or a certificate of mastery of the content of the educational program of special education at the level of general secondary education – for persons with special needs of psychophysical development;

7) extract (copy) from the work book, and (or) copy of civil contract, and (or) certificate of state registration of an individual entrepreneur, and (or) documents confirming the implementation of activities not related to entrepreneurial (if any) ; ;

8) documents confirming that the applicant is caring for a child under the age of three, a disabled child under the age of 18, a disabled person of group I or a person who has reached the age of 80, as well as a child under the age of 18 infected with the human immunodeficiency virus or sick with AIDS (if available) ;

9) recommendation military unit, border service authority for training in educational institutions – for persons who completed compulsory military service (reserve service) in the year of admission or in the year preceding the year of admission (if available) ;

10) documents , confirming the applicant’s right to benefits during admission to study (benefits are listed in the Rules for admission persons for secondary specialized education) (if available) ;

11) 6 photographs size 3 x 4 cm;

12) 1 envelope with a stamp in Belarus and a return address.

ATTENTION! The applicant and one of his legal representatives must have an identification document with them!

Applicants from among foreign citizens and stateless persons (their representatives) submit the following documents to the admissions committee:

1) identity document;

2) original (copy) of birth certificate and (or) other document confirming date of birth and citizenship (for minors);

3) an application addressed to the head of the educational institution in the form established by the Ministry of Education (the application is drawn up at the admissions committee);

4) the original certificate (document) of education* indicating the subjects studied and the grades (points) received on them – subject to the recognition of these documents in the prescribed manner in the Republic of Belarus (*with the exception of persons applying for secondary specialized education in a distance form of education, who can submit a copy of the certificate (document) of education);

5) a medical report on the state of health issued by the official health authority of the country from which the applicant arrived, or a document confirming the completion of a mandatory medical examination at the territorial health organizations of the Republic of Belarus (in the direction of the college), confirming the absence of medical contraindications to study in the Republic of Belarus;

6) a certificate of absence of HIV infection issued by the official health authority of the country from which the applicant arrived;

7) 6 photographs measuring 3 x 4 cm;

8) certificate of completion of the faculty of pre-university training, preparatory department, USSE preparatory courses (upon completion).

The listed documents executed in a foreign language are simultaneously accompanied by their translation into Belarusian or Russian, certified by a notary.
