Applicants entering on the basis of general basic education (after 9 grades)

Applicants submit the following documents to the admissions committee:

1) identity document;

2) an application addressed to the head of the educational institution in the form established by the Ministry of Education (the application is submitted to the admissions committee) ;

3) original document on education;

4) a medical certificate of health in the form established by the Ministry of Health;

5) documents confirming the applicant’s right to benefits when enrolling for secondary specialized education (if available; benefits are listed in the Rules for admission persons for secondary specialized education ) ;

7) conclusion of the state center for correctional and developmental training and rehabilitation or a certificate of mastery of the content of the educational program of special education at the level of general secondary education – for persons with special needs of psychophysical development;
