If you share the Program of the RPO "Belaya Rus" and recognize its Charter, are not indifferent to the fate of our Motherland and want to take an active part in the public life of the country – you can become a member of "Belaya Rus"

Important: Members of the RPO "Belaya Rus" can be capable citizens of the Republic of Belarus, as well as foreign citizens or stateless persons who have reached the age of 18.

To join the ROO "Belaya Rus", you must:

Step 1. Contact the primary organization at the place of work or, in the absence of a primary organization at the place of work, to the primary organization created at the territorial (district (city)) organization at the place of your work or your primary residence.

Step 2. Write an application for admission to the ROO "Belaya Rus".

Step 3. Get two recommendations from members of the association.

Two members of “Belaya Rus”, who by the time you submit your application already know you as an activist, a patriot, aware of responsibility to the country, put their signatures on the application in the “recommendations” section and decipher them.

Step 4. Submit an application for consideration by the General Meeting of the primary organization or, if the number of the primary organization is more than 50 people, the Council of the primary organization.

Step 5. At the General Meeting (Council meeting) of the primary organization, voting takes place on your candidacy. After this, you become a member of the authoritative, largest public association in the Republic “Belaya Rus”.

Step 6. The membership card is awarded after the execution and registration of your accounting documents in the district (city) organization. Often this happens in a solemn atmosphere, at mass events held by the RPO "Belaya Rus".

Step 7. Actively get involved in the work of the primary organization: work conscientiously at your workplace, serve as an example to your comrades, receive and carry out public assignments, participate in events held by the RPO "Belaya Rus".

Educational institution BSUIR branch "Minsk Radio Engineering College"

As of 10/01/2026, the ROO "Belaya Rus" of the BSUIR branch "Minsk Radio Engineering College" unites 91 people. The association carries out its activities in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus, the Law of the Republic of Belarus “On Public Associations”, other legislative acts of the Republic of Belarus and on the basis of the Charter. The association is a legal entity, has separate property, an independent balance sheet, a bank account, and is responsible for its obligations.

Purpose of the organization

promoting the unification of the progressive forces of society interested in building a strong and prosperous Belarus, a socially just society based on the patriotic, spiritual and moral values ​​of the Belarusian people.

Objectives of the organization

• promoting the participation of citizens in the implementation of the tasks of the country’s socio-economic development;
• promoting the formation of a strong, effective, social state capable of providing a decent standard of living for citizens and guaranteeing the protection of their interests;
• participation in the formation of civil society in the Republic of Belarus;
• consolidation of social forces in order to implement the statutory goal;
• educating citizens and developing their interest in active participation in the life of the country, nurturing patriotism as the most important spiritual and social value;
• attracting the attention of government bodies, the public and the media to solving pressing problems of the development of the country and society;
• promoting the development of international cooperation, establishing interaction with public associations of other states.
