Applicants submit the following documents to the selection committee:

1) an identity document – a passport (or an identification card of a citizen of the Republic of Belarus) – is presented by an applicant personally;

2) an application addressed to the head of the educational institution in the established form ( The application is executed in the selection committee );

3) the original document on education;

4) a medical certificate of health in the form established by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus ( In the medical certificate you can specify several specialties );

5) the conclusion of a medical consultation or medical-rehabilitation expert commission on the absence of medical contraindications for training in the received specialty and assigned qualifications-for persons with visual impairment, hearing, the functions of the musculoskeletal system, children with disabilities under 18 years of age, disabled people of the I, II or III group;

6) the conclusion of the State Center for Correctional Development and Rehabilitation or a certificate on the development of the content of the educational program of special education at the level of general secondary education-for persons with visual impairments, hearing, functions of the musculoskeletal system;

7) documents confirming the right of the applicant to benefits when admitting to training (benefits are listed in the rules of admission of persons to receive secondary specialized education);

8) an agreement on the targeted training of a specialist – for persons participating in the competition to receive secondary special education on the terms of targeted training;

9) 6 photographs size 3 x 4 cm;

10) 1 envelope with a brand in Belarus and the return address.

The presence of one of the legal representatives of the applicant when drawing up a contract for training with minor applicants is mandatory!

The applicant and one of his legal representatives must have a identification document with them!

5) the conclusion of a medical consultation or medical-rehabilitation expert commission on the absence of medical contraindications for training in the received specialty and assigned qualifications-for persons with visual impairment, hearing, the functions of the musculoskeletal system, children with disabilities under 18 years of age, disabled people of the I, II or III group;

6) the conclusion of the State Center for Correctional Development and Rehabilitation or a certificate on the development of the content of the educational program of special education at the level of general secondary education-for persons with visual impairments, hearing, functions of the musculoskeletal system;

7) a copy of the work book (for those who enter the remote budget form of training);

8) documents confirming the right of the applicant to benefits when accepting for training (benefits are listed in the rules of admission of persons to receive secondary specialized education);

9) 6 photographs size 3 x 4 cm;

10) 1 envelope with a brand in Belarus and the return address.

7) an extract (copy) from the work book, and (or) a copy of the civil contract, and (or) a copy of the certificate of state registration of an individual entrepreneur, and (or) documents confirming the implementation of activities not related to entrepreneurial (for those who are entered at the budget);

8) documents confirming the implementation by an applicant for a child under the age of three years, a disabled child under the age of 18, a disabled person of group I or a person who has reached 80 years of age, as well as a child under the age of 18 years old, infected with a human immunodeficiency virus or patients with AIDS (for those who go to study at the expense of the budget);

9) the recommendation of the military unit, the border service body for training in educational institutions – for persons who have undergone military service (service in reserve) in the year of admission or in the year preceding the year of admission (for those who go to training at the expense of the budget);

10) documents confirming the right of the applicant to benefits when accepting for training (benefits are listed in the rules of admission of persons to receive secondary special education);

11) 6 photographs size 3 x 4 cm;

12) 1 envelope with a brand in Belarus and the return address.

ATTENTION! The applicant and one of his legal representatives must have a identification document with them!

Applicants from among foreign citizens and stateless persons (their representatives) submit the following documents to the reception commission:

1) an identity document;

2) the original (copy) of the birth certificate and (or) another document confirming the date of birth and citizenship (for minors);

3) an application addressed to the head of the educational institution in the form established by the Ministry of Education (the application is executed in the selection committee);

4) the original certificate (document) on the education* indicating the studied objects and the marks received on them – subject to the recognition of these documents in the Republic of Belarus (* with the exception of persons coming to receive secondary special education in the distance form of education, who may present a copy of the certificate (document) on education);

5) a medical report on the state of health issued by the official healthcare authority from which the applicant arrived, or a document on the passage of the Republic of Belarus (in the direction of college) of a compulsory medical examination confirming the absence of medical contraindications for training in the Republic of Belarus;

6) a certificate of absence of HIV infection issued by the official health care authority of the country from which the applicant arrived;

7) 6 photographs size 3 x 4 cm;

8) Certificate of graduation from the faculty of pre -university training, preparatory department, preparatory courses of UTSO (at their end).

The listed documents executed in a foreign language at the same time attach their translation into Belarusian or Russian, notarized.
